Eligible clients referred by a participating realtor receive VIP Complete Clean at the ordinary Standard price for the same base project. The upgrade covers agreed additional floor care on suitable floors and supplemental HEPA air scrubbing at no extra charge.

We confirm eligibility, scope, and price before booking. Professional interior window cleaning stays in the base scope unless expressly stated otherwise. The cleaning itself is paid; separately quoted partner services are not included in the upgrade.

Your maximum price, in writing, before we start.

You get the scope and maximum price in writing before booking. If you add work or conditions are materially different, we get your OK before the scope or price goes up.

Fixed quote: the total is the total, even if the job runs long. Variable quote: you see the estimate and the maximum, and ordinary estimating errors do not raise that maximum.

How we treat your home

  • No judgment, no shortcuts

    We clean without commentary, and we change methods if a surface could be damaged.

  • Straight about limits

    Cleaning removes buildup; it does not promise restoration of worn or damaged finishes. We tell you up front if a stain may stay. Air scrubbing is supplemental filtration, not a health treatment.

  • If we miss something

    Tell us within 24 hours after completion. We’ll inspect it and, when appropriate, make it right under our Terms of Service.

Does everything need to be out?

No. Tell us what stays. Anything we clean inside must be empty.

Can you help at short notice?

We check capacity first. Submitting a date doesn’t reserve it. Need it within 72 hours? Call us.

What if movers or contractors are still working?

Share their schedule. We’ll plan around it and tell you if their dust needs extra cleaning.

Can you clean both homes?

Yes, if we have availability. Each home gets its own quote.

Will this guarantee my deposit back or an inspection result?

No. We do the agreed cleaning, but we can’t guarantee a landlord’s or inspector’s decision.
