Initial deep cleans create the baseline for recurring Signature Clean visits. Pricing is based on labor hours, not square footage, because kitchens, bathrooms, buildup, and condition drive the work far more than simple size alone.

- Detail work on trim, reachable glass, and high-touch areas as scope allows
Pricing
Initial deep cleans are quoted by labor hours. Final scope is confirmed before booking.

per labor hour
- 6 labor hours $300-$390
- 8 labor hours $400-$520
- 10 labor hours $500-$650
- Heavier resets Quoted after walkthrough
- Recurring past 6 weeks May revert to deep clean labor pricing
Heavy pet hair, unusual clutter, deferred buildup, or unusually dense kitchens and bathrooms can increase labor hours. Recurring service that slips past 6 weeks may revert to this reset pricing model.
