What's included
Customize your clean
Add-ons stack onto Signature Clean. They do not replace the base recurring service.
A simple refresh for guest rooms, primary suites, or turnovers between visitors.
We empty the refrigerator, clean shelves, bins, walls, and stored items, then reorganize everything for a full interior reset. Final price depends on condition and volume.
High-pressure, solvent-assisted oven restoration with surrounding-area protection for grease, carbonized residue, and other heavy baked-on polymers. Final price depends on condition.
Quoted per hood based on type, size, and grease level.
See scope details.Interior glass only. Priced per pane and finished with professional glass chemistry and a squeegee-based, near-zero-streak process. Standard recurring service still covers bathroom mirrors and inside spot-cleaning on glass doors.
A professional shower-glass protective treatment designed to reduce spotting, slow mineral bonding, and make routine maintenance easier. Final price depends on glass size and condition.

Estimate uses our current minimum floor, square-foot pricing model, and bathroom surcharges. Homes at 5,001+ sq ft or 5+ bathrooms move to Estate Consultation Required. Final quotes can still change based on active levels, clutter, pets, buildup, and add-ons.
Fresh Start keeps the structure simple: no contracts, flexible recurring service, and a clear commitment to make things right if something misses the mark.
Good to know
A Signature Clean is designed for routine upkeep on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. It assumes the home is maintained to a baseline standard: proper moisture control (no biofilms), functioning plumbing (no toothpaste-clogged drains), sinks free of dirty dishes, and no excess clutter that poses a risk to move.
Because this is a maintenance service, it does not require specialty approaches. We will use standard professional tools like dusters, vacuums, mops, and damp-wiping.
This tier does not utilize steam cleaning, heavy mechanical agitation (power drills with brush attachments), razors, scrapers, pumice stones, HEPA air scrubbers, or strong acids/bases.
Please note: If a home contains heavy clutter, mold, or biohazards (such as needles, feces, or soiled carpets with urine/vomit), it falls out of scope. We reserve the right to simply work around these problem areas without notifying the customer.
In some cases, we can add a pre-determined itemization for simple-scope work to help overcome the problem, or we can switch to an hourly rate.
Quoting residential services is incredibly complex due to multiple variables, and sometimes misquotes happen. We believe in total transparency: We will never add unexpected itemizations to your bill without your prior approval. Your initial rate remains the same for your first service.
If we find that your home requires significantly more time or effort than initially quoted, we will simply eat the cost for that first clean. Following the service, we will contact you with a message like this:
"We misquoted the job based on the condition of the home. Obviously, we are not going to retroactively charge you for that! However, for future cleans, we are going to add a service adjustment of [e.g., $60] so that your home gets fair treatment and our service and pricing is normalized with other homes."
We deeply respect our customers' schedules, but to provide a reliable service, our professional and trustworthy teams must be able to work independently. We require our teams to have reliable access to the home.
If your availability is strictly dictated by whether or not you are physically home, we will not be able to schedule you. Homes that require a resident to be present add unreliability, friction, and uncertainty to our routing, and lost time cannot be recovered. We operate on a highly optimized schedule to keep our quality high and our pricing fair.
