Usually, yes. A deep clean creates the right baseline for maintenance visits, especially after a busy season, a move, a long gap in service, or a stretch of deferred cleaning.

Recurring service is generally priced by active level, with a $165 minimum per level. Fresh Start does not price routine maintenance room by room or as a partial-level discount service, though occasional exceptions may be approved when the scope still fits the visit.

Fresh Start cleans cleared, flat surfaces. If a desk, counter, or floor area is blocked by paperwork, electronics, cords, clothing, or similar belongings, the team will clean the open area around it but will not move items to clean underneath.

Bathroom mirrors are part of the standard clean, and glass entry or sliding doors are spot-cleaned on the inside. Full interior or exterior window washing is not included in recurring service and is quoted separately.
