Usually, yes. A deep clean creates the right baseline for maintenance visits, especially after a busy season, a move, a long gap in service, or a stretch of deferred cleaning.

Recurring service is priced by home size, with a minimum per visit of $165 for Standard Clean and $195 for Signature Clean. You can leave a room out for $15 off the visit, or add one for $40, as long as the visit stays above the minimum. Bathrooms-only visits are $100 plus $40 per bathroom.

Fresh Start cleans cleared, flat surfaces. If a desk, counter, or floor area is blocked by paperwork, electronics, cords, clothing, or similar belongings, the team will clean the open area around it but will not move items to clean underneath.

Bathroom mirrors are part of the standard clean, and glass entry or sliding doors are spot-cleaned on the inside. Full interior or exterior window washing is not included in recurring service and is quoted separately.

Yes. Fresh Start is built around professional equipment, including SEBO vacuums, HEPA-focused processes, and the supplies needed to complete the visit thoroughly.

No. Baking soda neutralizes acidic odors, but urine smell is ammonia, which is a base. Adding baking soda raises the pH of a urine spot and releases more ammonia into the air.

The smell usually lives in the grout and caulk around the toilet base, the bolt caps, and the wall behind the toilet, not in the bowl. Grout is porous, so urine soaks in where surface cleaning cannot reach.

Find where it spread, keep the area acidic so the ammonia stays put, rinse and extract the urine, then use an enzyme cleaner on porous spots once the rinse is gone. Fragrance only covers it. If urine reached the subfloor or carpet pad, replacing or sealing it may be the only fix.
