Total Reset is every surface in the house, top to bottom, with the air filtered the whole visit. It’s for after a mold remediation company finishes, or any time you need to know the whole home was done.

When a Total Reset fits
- A remediation company has finished, and the rest of the house needs a complete clean.
- You’ve had the house cleaned, and it still doesn’t feel done.
- You want every surface handled, including the ones a regular clean skips.
What we don’t take on
- Mold removal. A remediation company removes it; we clean after they finish, not instead of them.
- Active leaks or water damage.
- Pests, biohazards, or hazardous debris.

The order is the method.
Dust falls, and moving air carries it around. So we start with the air and the top of each room, and finish with the surfaces you touch and see.

Ducts first, when they need it
Our HVAC partner cleans the ducts before we start, so the system isn’t moving dust across rooms we just finished. Added per furnace to your written price.

Top down, with the air filtered
Supplemental HEPA air scrubbing runs the whole visit. Ceilings, vents, fixtures, door tops, trim, ledges, and window tracks are HEPA vacuumed first, then wiped with products suited to each surface.

Inside everything
Inside empty cabinets, drawers, closets, and shelves, the places a regular clean never reaches.

Floors, then glass
DRYFT extraction on suitable hard floors, vacuuming everywhere else, and professional glass cleaning last, so nothing settles on finished work.

Before you book
How is this different from a deep clean?
A deep clean goes after buildup in the rooms you live in. Total Reset is every surface in the house, top down, inside everything, with the air filtered the whole visit.
Do you remove mold?
No. Mold removal belongs to a remediation company. We come after they finish and clean the rest of the house completely.
Do you need to see the house first?
Usually not. Photos and the square footage are enough for a written price. If something needs a closer look, we’ll tell you why.
Do you clean the ducts yourselves?
No. Our HVAC partner does. We schedule it ahead of our visit and include it in the same written price, so you make one call.
Do you disinfect?
On request, on hard, non-porous surfaces, with an EPA-registered disinfectant applied per its label.
