The waived extras are agreed additional floor care on suitable floors and supplemental HEPA air scrubbing. Professional interior window cleaning remains in the base scope unless expressly stated otherwise. Fresh Start performs the qualifying clean.

Straight about limits
Cleaning removes buildup; it does not promise restoration of worn or damaged finishes. We tell you up front if a stain may stay. Air scrubbing is supplemental filtration, not a health treatment.

Tell us within 24 hours after completion. We’ll inspect it and, when appropriate, make it right under our Terms of Service.
