Tile & grout deep cleaning
Steam and mechanical agitation for ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone in Livingston County homes. Done in place with our own equipment — not outsourced to another crew.
We use high-heat steam and drill-brush agitation to work grout lines, corners, and textured tile that mops leave behind. For natural stone, we adjust heat and chemistry to the finish. We do not grind, hone, or restore stone — we clean it thoroughly and safely.

- Mechanical grout-line agitation with drill brushes where appropriate
- Steam extraction and wipe-down of tile surfaces
- Cleanup of surrounding areas after work
Pricing is based on square footage, tile type, and soil level. We quote a firm price before work begins. Grout sealing and color staining are not included but can be discussed if needed.
