How long is the cleaning agreement?
The offer is available with a 12-month Fresh Start recurring cleaning plan scheduled weekly or biweekly. Your agreement will state the selected frequency, included benefits, and disclosed promotional values before you begin.
Can I cancel before 12 months?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel before completing the 12-month term, only the disclosed promotional window-cleaning credit identified in your agreement becomes due.
What window cleaning is approved?
Window-cleaning scope is reviewed after your recurring plan is approved. Window count, access, condition, service area, photos when needed, and provider availability determine the final approved scope written into your agreement.
Which floors are eligible for DRYFT care?
DRYFT care is for compatible hard-floor surfaces. We confirm the floor type, finish, condition, and manufacturer guidance before using professional floor-care equipment; carpet and unsuitable or damaged surfaces are excluded.
When is the window service scheduled?
The recurring cleaning plan starts first. The approved window service is scheduled separately based on scope, weather, access, and provider availability, and may involve an approved specialty subcontractor.
What does “free” mean?
Approved window cleaning and recurring DRYFT floor care are included at no additional cost while you complete the qualifying plan. If you cancel early, the agreement explains the promotional credit that becomes due; there is no undisclosed service charge.
